(PRLeap.com) "The Doors of Tommy O'Rourke", a new book by Jeremy V. Allen, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.
"The Doors of Tommy O'Rourke" is a novel about coming of age during a time when grief is prevalent. It follows Tommy, a thirteen-year-old boy, as he goes through the stages of grief following his mother's death. After a terrible accident, he is thrown into the stories his father has written and published. His goal is to reach a simple wooden door in each world he visits that will bring him back home to his father and friends.
But each world gets more difficult as the memory of his mother gets stronger, and Tommy is tired, so tired, of chasing down door after door?
