- Jeff Dorigan, Managing Director, Head of US Sales
- Karl McDonald, Managing Director, Transformation
- Sinéad O’Sullivan, Managing Director, Investor Solutions
The appointments come at a time of continued growth and momentum for Alchelyst, following its recent merger with Lyra Client Solutions.

Jeff Dorigan will lead Alchelyst’s U.S. sales organization, driving commercial strategy, business development and revenue growth across the region. He brings extensive experience working with global alternative investment managers across closed-ended, open-ended and evergreen fund structures, and a strong track record of building and scaling client relationships. Prior to joining Alchelyst, Jeff spent eight years at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he was most recently Managing Director for their Alternative Fund Services. He also spent more than a decade at State Street, where he worked in both their professional development program and alternatives solution sector.
Karl McDonald will lead strategic change initiatives across the firm, focusing on strengthening operating models, improving process efficiency and advancing technology-enabled transformation. His work will support the development of scalable infrastructure and long-term operational excellence. Karl previously served as Global Head of Hedge Fund Operations at BNY, where he led a global organization of more than 1,100 professionals across seven locations, with responsibility for client service delivery and operating model transformation. Prior to BNY, he spent nearly 20 years at J.P. Morgan in senior leadership roles across product, operations and transformation.
Sinéad O’Sullivan will lead the development, scaling and management of Alchelyst’s investor solutions platform, building high-performance operational capabilities to support the firm’s global growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience across investor relations, fund operations and strategic relationship management. Most recently, Sinéad served as Director of Investor Services at Viking Global Investors, where she led the investor services function. Prior to Viking, she spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan, most recently as Head of Investor Relations within the Alternatives business, leading a global team supporting more than 50 GPs.
Alchelyst also announced the opening of their new flagship New York Offices at 575 5th Avenue. The space extends to almost 20,000 square feet, with space for 100 team members, as well as dedicated client suites designed for co-development and hands-on workshops. The office marks a significant milestone in Alchelyst’s North American expansion, providing the infrastructure and capacity to deepen client partnerships and accelerate the collaborative innovation that defines the company’s approach.
